ProbeLeader Co., Ltd. is established in 2002 with headquarter located at Xiangshan Industrial Zone in Hsinchu. It has been focusing on the design and assembly of semiconductor wafer and IC testing accessories. ProbeLeader has three production bases: Jinshui Factory and Pudong Factory in Hsinchu, and Wuxi Factory in China. And also has a customer service and maintenance center in Kaohsiung.
In recent years, ProbeLeader has penetrated the assembly, maintenance and sale of precision equipments, and cooperated with suppliers to develop particle inspection, defect inspection equipments and Wide Band Gap Semiconductors-related consumables. In the meantime, we are gradually diversifying into the optoelectronics, electric vehicles and medical industries and continuously innovation.
