YAMAICHI ELECTRONICS CO., LTD (IPO in Japan) has authorized ProbeLeader a sloe agency which allows ProbeLeader to represent the Burn-in socket of YAMAICHI in Taiwan. At the same time, ProbeLeader will also change its English company name to PLeader-YAMAICHI Co., Ltd.

In order to satisfy the customer in mainland China probe card demand, ProbeLeader and MIC establish a Joint Venture, ProbeLeader( wuXi ).
ProbeLeader(WuXi) will begin in 10 th of March, 2009, is responsible for mainland China by MIC the probe card selling operation and the service, the ProbeLeader(WuXi) is responsible for the manufacturing Cantilever Probe card.

ProbeLeader(WuXi) Factory Will be Lunched in Aug, 2008.
To deliver better service and support for China clients, MIC and ProbeLeader co-invest in ProbeLeader WuXi factory. The factory will be ready in August, 2008 with production line for probe card assembly and repairing. MIC will be the sole agent and is in charge of sales and marketing of China market. And ProbeLeader will mainly focus on the design and manufacture probe cards. |

July 2007 Yamaichi Japan has invested in ProbeLeader in order to collaborate in Po-Go Pin & Test-Socket business.
And through this collaboration, Yamaichi owns 27% shares of ProbeLeader and becomes the largest shareholder of ProbeLeader. |
